Your Tasks

  • Good customer service is your goal - you are only satisfied when the customer is satisfied.
  • Answering customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Responsible processing of orders and complaints of all kinds
  • Assistance in the delivery of orders
  • Creation of: sales offers, sales orders, invoices, credit notes, sales complaints (in the ERP)
  • Preparation of sales reports

Your Profile

  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and reliability
  • Knowledge of German (at least C1 level)
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially EXCEL data processing, knowledge of SAP and ERP is an advantage.
  • Careful work style
  • Resistance to stress even with a high workload

Employee Accounting (M/W/D)

Your Tasks

  • Preparation and support of monthly, annual and consolidated financial statements according to HGB
  • Preparation of advance sales tax return
  • Create outgoing invoice
  • Booking incoming payments
  • Reconciliation of accounts receivable

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Basic knowledge of sales tax law
  • Good Excel knowledge and basic experience in dealing with a common ERP system and DATEV
  • Communication skills, the ability to work in a team and the willingness to take on responsibility
  • Fluent German and Chinese would be a big plus
